My Approach

For Prospective Clients:
Please read below. Then, to inquire further, please call Sarah at 603-502-1309 for a brief telephone intake. The next step is typically an in-depth parent interview to determine if Sarah's skill set is a good prospective fit for your child’s needs. From there, Sarah will complete a psychosocial assessment with your child and work with you and your child to co-create a treatment plan.
Sarah may be the right therapist for your child if:
~Your child is especially spirited or especially shy
~Your child experiences “big emotions” and has difficulty regulating those emotions
~Your child is impulsive and/or has difficulty meeting age appropriate social or behavioral expectations
~Your child is struggling with self-worth, self-acceptance or confidence
~Your child is demonstrating unusual anxiety and/or anxiety-driven behavior
~Your child has difficulty thinking in a flexible way and/or coping with stress
~Your child is experiencing significant life changes or stressors
Sarah may be the right therapist for your family if:
~You are eager to be involved in your child’s therapy
~You value getting to the root of a challenge as a part of the problem-solving and healing process
~You understand that each child’s needs and needed interventions are unique
~You are open to self-reflection and coaching
~You have respectful co-parenting between separate households (when applicable)
~Please note that my practice runs quite full; if your child/family is currently involved in an active, unresolved legal process, I will not have capacity to best serve your needs
